I want to know how to activate my student license for my AutoCAD software

Solution:

Obtain your AutoCAD software serial number and product key

If your AutoCAD is in trial mode

1. Start the Autodesk product, click the Sign In drop-down arrow, and select Manage Licenses.
2. Click Activate (for version 2017, Change License Type > Change).

1. After your product closes, restart it.
2. In the Let's Get Started window, select enter a serial number option.

If your AutoCAD is not in trial mode or trial has expired

1. Launch your Autodesk software.
2. On Let's Get Started screen, click enter a serial number option.
3. Enter your Autodesk software serial number and follow the wizard.

Note: if you are not presented with the Let's Get Started screen close the software, rename C:ProgramDataAutodeskCLMLGS folder and launch the software again.
